LASAGNA

Got the lasagna as take out and was still very hot and delicious once home.

MARSALA

We had the chicken marsala and chicken diablo on the lunch menu and a bowl of the minestrone soup. Everything was prepared expertly with wonderful taste and vegetable that were fresh and cooked to a perfect firmness. Our waiter was Omar who took great care of us. As we were leaving the owner asked how our visit was. Looking forward to our next visit.

BOLOGNESE STUFATTO DI MANZO

Beautifully redone dining room and bar! We started with Stuffed Mushrooms. It was a different recipe than I've seen before, they were covered in a lemon butter sauce with a balsamic drizzle. Really good appetizer. For our entree, my wife chose Bolognese Di Manzo Brazato Al Forno, oven baked braised beef with penne in a mushroom cream sauce and smoked gouda, which we both loved. I had the Saltimboca with chicken. Though a different recipe than I expected, it was delicious! It was grilled chicken scallopini covered in a marsala wine demi-glaze with mushrooms, prosciutto, spinach, and provolone cheese. Both dishes were wonderful and provided enough for our lunches the following day. We had the best, freshly made cheesecake I've ever tasted! It stood over 5 inches tall, light and flaky with a caramel drizzle and a sliced strawberry. WOW! My wife has never cared for tiramisu, until she tried the one made here, in house. A generous serving and a heavenly flavor. We finished off our meal perfectly with a lovely cappuccino. We went back for lunch yesterday and continued to be impressed. My wife had a huge lasagna and I had Pomodoro. MMMM! The best Italian sausage I have ever tasted. And, of course, we had enough for two lunches. If you are a lover of Italian food, Mangia Bistro should be on your bucket list. Once you taste Arthur's food, you will become a regular!

LASAGNA

We used to eat here when it was Paisonos and really liked it, happiness has returned in the new restaurant; Mangia. I had the lasagna along with the bread with garlic oil and the house salad and my wife had the Risotto Con Gamberi. Let's start with the bread, it was wonderful, warm, soft, great crust and very nice chew, the garlic spice oil was bliss on a plate. The house salad was the standard mixed greens, feta & olive fare, the dressing was very good. I will say the lasagna was among the best I have ever had and the risotto and shrimp was also a stand out (glad the wife shared with me, even though she was unable to try mine since she is gluten intolerant) We had a wonderful meal, the service was on point, but not pushy and Mangia is definitely in our rotation. We will tell our friends as well.

Lunch oven baked

Had these pizza picked up, and to tell you they were Great. Each bite was filled with flavor. Tried to save some to take home but couldn't keep the from finishing it off. Going to try something different for date night with wife friday. Thanks look for to our next lunch at the office. Kevin

Very tasty Salmon dish accompanied by delicious vegetables. My wife enjoyed the Sea Bass, also.
